Sales Manager UK

As an Agency Sales Manager, you will be in charge of securing agency media buys for Adbreak products. Whilst focusing on driving revenue from an agency portfolio you must be highly effective in navigating all facets of the sales process; from prospecting, to understanding media buying cycles, and through to closing business.
We are looking for someone with an extensive media agency network who has experience in nurturing and building those deep relationships with the independent agencies.

  • You will sell the Adbreak product proposition to UK independent agencies.
  • Continuously prospect and pitch to agency planners and buyers digital and account leads, looking to drive the sale of new acquisition & retention campaigns.
  • Manage agency relationship from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales.
  • Create long term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeat business.
  • Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, …) and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients.
  • Deliver against revenue growth goals in line with Adbreak quarterly objectives.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify, present and close opportunities with new agencies.
  • Accurate pipeline management and full ownership of new business opportunities.
  • You have motivation/experience in AdTech selling to Media Agencies.
  • Team player / Proactively shares beyond Agency EMEA team.
  • Proven ability to influence, persuade and negotiate in complex situations.
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a fast paced, dynamic team environment.
  • Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Creative skills to come up with innovative ideas and prepare adapted decks for Sales meetings.
  • Excellent presentation an ability to open doors across clients at all levels.
  • A strong network within the UK media agencies.

The role :

  • Continuously prospect and pitch to agency planners and buyers digital and account leads, looking to drive the sale of new consideration and brand awareness campaigns
  • Manage agency relationship from the early stages of the sales process through to post-sales
  • Create long term agency relationships which ultimately leads to sustainable, repeat business
  • Understand and articulate key KPIs for campaigns (e.g. ROAS, …) and use that to fuel new business with existing agency clients
  • A strong network within the NL media agencies.
